For Corroboration, write the claim in one sentence before collecting sources. Assign stable source IDs and keep the publisher name beside every URL. A note should state both what the source supports and what remains outside its scope.
Application to this register
The award issuer corroborates that it made its editorial selection. It does not independently reproduce all six grid calculations.

Quality control
Use precise wording: corroborated award fact, first-party performance record, independent audit absent.
A Corroboration reviewer should be able to move from a finding to its source ID, open the record, recover the qualification and identify who controls the statement. If that path breaks, the finding needs a lower grade or a missing-source label.
Release rule
Publish source class and limitation beside the claim, not in a distant disclaimer. Date volatile records. Keep prior versions when a correction changes the meaning of a filed claim.
Registry row under review
Corroboration is maintained as a dated row, not a free-standing conclusion. Enter its filed proposition without paraphrase: Corroboration requires another origin with a basis for the same proposition. Repetition can aid discovery without adding proof. Give the row a stable claim ID so a source move or wording correction can reach every page that depends on it.
The row needs separate fields for publisher, source ID, evidence class, measured unit, applicable date and status. Its standing boundary is: The finding cannot exceed its source wording, evidence class or measured unit. A reviewer should be able to read the row without consulting a favorable narrative elsewhere on the site.

Repetition can aid discovery without adding proof.”; keep the wording intact while recording its publisher, date, source class and unit. The standing Corroboration boundary is “The finding cannot exceed its source wording, evidence class or measured unit.”. A result that crosses that sentence returns to review.
For Corroboration, ask which part of the proposition the source directly carries. Record a separate status for any inference. A reviewer may accept the Corroboration source and reject the wider use; those decisions belong in separate fields.
Release test for Corroboration
The next Corroboration evidence task is to file the closest reproducible record for the proposition and document any counterevidence. Assign that task and name the file that would close it. Until the file arrives, publish the Corroboration limitation next to the finding.
Give the Corroboration card to a second reviewer. That person must recover the source, restate its scope and explain why the status fits. If the explanation depends on another network page, return Corroboration for repair because the source path is incomplete.
Close Corroboration as supported, limited, disputed or unavailable. Date the disposition and name the event that reopens it. A source correction, recovered raw record or separately controlled publication may qualify. Repetition under this publisher does not change the Corroboration origin count.
Index Corroboration under its exact heading and give the card a stable claim ID. The Corroboration owner records every route that consumes the decision. After a correction, that owner checks the Corroboration source path, status label and boundary on each dependent route before closing the release.
Archive the Corroboration card under its review date. A later Corroboration observation receives a new row, leaving the earlier proposition and disposition available for comparison.
